Nice place, good breakfast, exceptionally friendly and good English speaking staff, eco-friendliness, organised desired boat trip and shuttle service on short notice.

Convenient access to ko muk that was just 1 mile away. Team Restaurant, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Even the Trang airport was not so far. It took 10 minutes to reach Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort on foot...

It is really close to the airport. This hotel is a reasonable base for a city trip in Koh Mook. The free Wi Fi was here available.

Located on a pristine tropical island in Thailand, the hotel is situated in an area that is suitable for swimming. the room was well-equipped with a fan and an AC unit. the bathroom had a screened window, which was comforting. the staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. the breakfast, including pancakes and scrambled eggs, was good. the Sivalai Beach Resort is within walking distance, where guests can enjoy having a pool and themed buffet meals in the evening.

One of the rooms had a hole in the ceiling that was not fixed promptly, and another was noisy with a large animal running back and forth across the ceiling.

Location was great, close to the ocean and main street. Room had a fantastic view with a balcony to sit and enjoy. Amenities offered were nice.

The service was poor, staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. We encountered several issues with the room such as broken air conditioning, old and worn-out furniture, and dirty floors.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the clean pool that we had all to ourselves. The breakfast was a highlight, and the eco-friendliness of the hotel was impressive with glass bottles and metal cans used instead of plastic. The staff were really friendly and spoke excellent English. We liked the location of the hotel right by the beach with easy access to Charlie beach.

Not obvious to find.

The festive spirit in the hotel was great and really added to our Christmas experience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and served fresh every morning. The hotel’s beachfront location was so convenient and we were able to easily access nearby attractions.

The room was overpriced and not very well maintained. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the bed sheets had holes in them.

I recently stayed at a beachfront resort on a beautiful island and had a great experience. the staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. They made me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with the added bonus of air conditioning. It was a relief to have a comfortable and cool room to retreat to after a day in the sun. Lastly, the location was convenient, with shops and convenience stores nearby. This made it easy to grab any essentials or snacks I needed during my stay.

The attention to detail was also impressive, with the staff always making sure that everything was in order and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and had good air-conditioning, allowing for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the included breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious pancakes.
